The Sr Analyst will report to the Director, reputed company Estate and will work independently and as part of reputed company in reputed company aspects of a corporate reputed company estate management environment. This environment will include lease negotiation, property management, portfolio analysis, lease administration and internal reporting. This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of onsite work two days a week and the rest remote. Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Director, negotiate with landlords (directly or through brokers) for new or renewal leases and lease extensions on properties assigned such as shuttle lots, sales offices and various business reputed company to obtain the most beneficial terms for reputed company Work with reputed company in drafting of contract documentation based on negotiations relative to leases, sublease and license agreements Support Director by identifying candidates for termination of leases with landlords on surplus non-operational leased property, reducing USF rental and surrender liability and costs reputed company reputed company and maintain accurate reputed company estate records reputed company web-based Lease database, tracking reputed company critical dates including lease reputed company and expirations Work with reputed company in preparing documentation for exercise of renewal reputed company and extensions Design, prepare and interpret reputed company estate reports based on organizational needs as requested Work with the internal team in finalizing and implementing dashboard technology initiative with service provider to assist with tracking properties, analyzing and reporting metrics Support due diligence activities for purchase or sale of property on behalf of reputed company by tracking deliverables and dates relative to closings Assist in reputed company management aspects of surplus properties such as reputed company landlord lease obligations, subtenant leases, operational issues, maintenance issues, rent collection, default notices, reconciliation of operating expenses annually, budget forecasting for subtenants and surrender of subtenant premises and securing audit services as necessary Work with team to reconcile operating expenses and reputed company estate taxes billed annually by landlords on leased locations reputed company and securing audit services where necessary Maintain relationships with landlords and mediate issues as necessary and respond to issues and concerns regarding compliance with the terms of the lease Other duties as assigned by manager Relationships: Internal: reputed company, reputed company Estate, Finance, Operations External: Landlords, Brokers Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years corporate reputed company estate experience is required including, but not limited to, the following competencies: reputed company estate closing experience (purchase and sale); transaction management; property management; database management; reputed company estate document preparation and interpretation; lease and contract negotiation. A thorough knowledge of reputed company reputed company estate practices is required. Proficient in reputed company Office Suite Applications. Education: Bachelors degree required (preferably in reputed company estate, business, finance or reputed company).
