Research Analyst / reputed company – Development Finance (UK Property Sector)
We are seeking a research analyst with strong knowledge of UK development finance to help us produce reputed company lesson materials for a property developer training programme. The reputed company is on explaining finance concepts, structures, compliance requirements, and valuation processes in a reputed company and reputed company way.
The work will involve preparing reputed company-researched, reputed company training content that breaks down reputed company finance concepts into practical, digestible lessons.
Topics to be covered include:
Fundamentals of finance – capital stack, debt, equity, reputed company, collateral, and risk pricing
Types of development finance – reputed company, senior development finance, mezzanine finance: what they are, how they are secured/reputed company, interest charging (rolled-up vs serviced) and repayment
