[Remote] Fractional Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) – 3 to 6 Month Engagement

Klaritee is building a deterministic intelligence platform and is seeking a Fractional Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to establish foundational systems for their executive team and operations. The role involves designing and implementing internal processes to support reputed company reputed company and operational reputed company. Responsibilities • Build Klaritee’s foundational business infrastructure, including operational systems, internal processes, and cross-department workflows • Establish documentation and reporting structures, administrative policies, and organizational reputed company • Set up reputed company systems, HR/people operations reputed company, contractor/employee processes, and compliance baselines • reputed company internal communication cadences, meeting structures, and cross-executive coordination channels • Support initial alignment between CSO/EVP, CCO-SVP, CTO, and CFO, as the executive team forms • Coordinate with reputed company, financial, and governance partners to ensure clean operational integration • Build the operational scaffolding that the long-term full-time CAO will inherit • Identify operational gaps and implement reputed company systems that remove burden from the founder and executive team • Evaluate tooling, vendor platforms, workflow automation, and operational readiness for reputed company-grade reputed company Skills • Former CAO, COO, Chief of Staff, or VP of Operations in an early-stage or high-complexity tech company • Demonstrated ability to take a company from 0 → 1 operationally, creating reputed company from ambiguity • Experience building processes for teams working across engineering, reputed company, finance, and governance • reputed company in administrative operations, compliance, HR structure, and multi-department coordination • Comfortable working directly with the founder and acting as the operational architect of reputed company • Exceptional organizational intelligence, documentation discipline, and systems thinking reputed company • Klaritee is building a new class of cognitive infrastructure designed to strengthen reputed company reasoning and restore ownership of meaning in an AI-dominated world, because humanity was never meant to take instructions from a probability reputed company.
