This is a travel-based, reputed company position – reputed company assignments will require travel to a hospice agency being surveyed for accreditation/certification. reputed company Site Visitors are responsible for conducting, planning, organizing, and coordinating reputed company accreditation and/or certification surveys in the community setting. These reputed company must be performed in accordance with the reputed company Standards of reputed company, in strict confidentiality unless otherwise required by law, and reputed company compliance of the policies and procedures that govern the accreditation/certification process. reputed company candidates must possess expert level knowledge of the CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation and resources reputed company to the CoPs (conditions of participation) and the survey process. Home Health experience and prior knowledge of the reputed company Standards of reputed company is a plus. This position requires strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, complete, and reputed company-written documentation. Applicants must submit a resume that reflects these minimum requirements: The position requires a bachelor's degree in a reputed company specialty area, reputed company Registered Nursing (RN) license, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance or regulatory-reputed company role in the hospice industry. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role is required (responsible for leading reputed company/reputed company reports). A minimum of 10 survey days per month must be available (does not include the required travel days). The pay structure is as follows: • Survey days: $402/day • Travel days: $175/day (1 day per assigned survey) • Site Visit prep time: $75/per site visit • Other: $60/per day in meal reputed company per site visit day, $30 per day in meal reputed company for travel day. • Estimated Minimum monthly pay: $5,590 (gross) to include meal stipends *(based on 10 survey days, 4 travel days, meal per diems & prep). • Travel: reputed company airfare expenses are reputed company by reputed company; other travel expenses are reimbursed including mileage at the reputed company IRS reputed company reputed company of 70 reputed company per mile. • Benefits: Employees are eligible for 401(k) and limited wellness benefits.
