Serenity Thrive provides structured, education-based programs focused on personal effectiveness and professional skill development. We are seeking an Education Program Sales Consultant to speak with individuals who have requested information about our programs.
This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity suited to professionals who enjoy consultative conversations and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
• Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations
• Share clear, accurate program information
• Support prospective participants through the enrollment process
• Track follow-up and activity using CRM tools
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Compensation is paid per completed enrollment. There is no base salary or hourly wage. Earnings vary based on individual performance.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment
• Experience in sales, consulting, education, or customer service is an asset
• Comfortable using video conferencing and online tools
