Recruiting Sourcer – Operations & Procurement Specialist (Short-Term Project)
I am launching a B2B infrastructure and rack-integration services company called Corexius.
I am looking to hire an experienced Recruiting Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short-term, project-based assignment.
Your role is to source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for one specific contractor role — not to manage operations yourself.
ROLE YOU WILL BE RECRUITING FOR
Procurement & Operations Specialist – Vendor & Supplier Setup (Contract)
This operations role is responsible for preparing the business for execution by sourcing reputable vendors and suppliers and setting up non-binding accounts.
They will not be running live projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (AS THE RECRUITER)
Source qualified candidates for the Operations / Procurement role
Focus on candidates with real logistics, procurement, or supply-chain experience
Screen candidates for experience working with:
3PLs and warehousing
Freight carriers or brokers
Vendor and supplier sourcing
Conduct first-round screening interviews
Filter out VAs, admins, and research-only profiles
Shortlist 2–3 highly qualified candidates
Provide a clear recommendation with notes on strengths, weaknesses, rates, and availability
WHAT THE OPERATIONS ROLE REQUIRES (FOR YOUR CONTEXT)
The Operations / Procurement Specialist you are sourcing must be capable of:
Sourcing reputable service providers in Atlanta, GA:
3PL warehousing
Flexible / short-term warehouse space
On-demand labor
Freight & white-glove delivery
Crating & packaging
Electrical / low-voltage contractors
IT integration & testing partners
Sourcing physical rack-building material suppliers, including:
Server racks & cabinets
PDUs and power equipment
Ethernet & fiber cabling
Cable management & mounting hardware
Tools, testers, and consumables
Gathering pricing, lead times, minimums, and capabilities
Creating non-binding business accounts only
Delivering clean documentation and vendor recommendations
They will not:
Run live projects
Hire employees
Purchase inventory
Sign leases or contracts

This is not an admin role.
