We are looking for dedicated Tax Preparers who are ready to make this season their most profitable yet. At Dash Professional Services, you’re not just logging into software — you’re joining a team that equips you with the tools, training, and support to win. As a Tax Preparer under our ERO, you’ll prepare and review federal and state returns, guide clients through their filings, and keep accurate records. You’ll have access to premium software (at no cost to you), marketing guidance to help bring in clients, and ongoing mentorship every step of the way. This role is perfect if you want the independence of running your own book of clients without the headache of managing an EFIN or figuring it all out alone. You choose your schedule, you choose your pace, and you decide how much you want to earn. Preparers with us typically bring in $5,000–$12,000+ in just one season, with the chance to grow even more if you’re consistent.
