Accountabilities • Write, test, and iterate clear and concise UI content across localized product experiences. • Drive consistency in interaction patterns and ensure brand-aligned language across platforms. • Serve as a thought leader in UX writing, advocating for user-first approaches and documenting best practices. • Conduct content audits, identify patterns, and lead brainstorming sessions to optimize user interactions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable frameworks that align with global user needs and business goals. • Use research, A/B testing, and performance analytics to refine UX copy and enhance product usability. • Mentor junior team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a UX writer with strong expertise in user-centered design principles. • Experience in content localization and accessibility best practices. • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini/Bard) is a plus. • Strong ability to translate complex inputs into simple, intuitive outputs for global audiences. • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Strategic and creative thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a high-growth environment. • Portfolio demonstrating successful collaboration on complex UX projects across multiple products or platforms. • Commitment to building accessible, inclusive, and high-quality digital experiences.
