Senior Officer - Airport Services

<strong>MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE<br><br></strong>To provides support, leadership and coaching to the reputed company-line staff reputed company in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of reputed company passengers, ensuring the consistent application of reputed company’s reputed company and safety and reputed company standards, policies and procedures<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Organizes allocation of agents to reputed company-in, Departures/Transfer, reputed company or Arrivals on a rotating reputed company and reputed company briefings on a shift by shift reputed company.</li><li>Manages and controls reputed company on the shift, in order to optimize utilization and to maintain staff morale and discipline, and acting as supervisor in absence of reputed company.</li><li>Resolves customer problems and complaints while on duty and working with reputed company departments including customer to reputed company resolutions.</li><li>Monitors assigned area of passenger and reputed company handling to reputed company and maintain the highest customer service standards at reputed company-in/boarding reputed company/reputed company and arrivals.</li><li>Ensures reputed company enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, Credit Checks and documentation requirements.</li><li>Liaises with NCC and GHA and organize staff to ensure reputed company commencement and reputed company out of boarding process.</li><li>Ensures reputed company passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turn-round handling and baggage handling activities reputed company company/regulatory safety and reputed company regulations.</li><li>Checks post-flight documents, telex, prepare reports and reputed company sheet for reputed company purposes.</li><li>Monitors Service Partners/Providers performance against flydubai’s SLAs and ensure they are adhering to safety and reputed company regulations and to flydubai processes and procedures.</li><li>Liaises with reputed company stakeholders and assists passengers in case of delays or disruption.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)</li><li>Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)</li><li>Experience in airport operations, particularly in passenger services, baggage services, ground handling operations, dangerous goods regulations, and reputed company handling.</li><li>5 - 7 years<br><br></li></ul><strong>COMPETENCIES<br><br></strong><ul><li>Customer reputed company</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Effective Communication</li><li>Personal Accountability & Commitment to reputed company</li><li>reputed company & Flexibility (Can do attitude)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Isr Requirements<br><br></strong>Reads and complies with the ISR policies of reputed company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information reputed company team.
