Job Overview

This is a Remote role (Call Center) that offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume production environment, processing medical record requests, and providing exceptional customer support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
  • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) to perform tasks efficiently
  • Working comfortably in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Comfortable working with multiple computer monitors and documenting information in various platforms
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm PST

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Knowledge of medical records and healthcare industry
  • Experience with data entry and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is $15-$18.32 USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, and a 401k Savings Plan, as well as tuition assistance.
