As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Providing enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience for our patients.
- Communicating pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where PACE participants reputed company, fostering strong relationships and ensuring our patients receive the care they need.
- Coordinating facility discharges to assure medication reconciliation is complete and delivery to home is back in reputed company, guaranteeing our patients receive their medications safely and reputed company.
- Providing help desk support to network pharmacies, addressing their queries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Educating PACE staff regarding CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants, empowering them to reputed company exceptional care and support.
- Making outgoing calls to reputed company/confirm information necessary to process customer requests or otherwise contribute to pharmacy operations, ensuring our patients receive the care they need.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A High School diploma or equivalent.
