As a Customer Service Representative in our EAP team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision and use of the Employee Assistance Program, determining the purpose of calls by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, and triaging calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will take inbound calls and chats from members, connect them with additional and appropriate benefits and external resources, and support them with troubleshooting and de-escalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
