We're seeking an experienced Chat Operations Officer to lead and develop our chat operations team for our Astrology chat platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company, working with a talented team to create a memorable experience for our customers. As a Chat Operations Officer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Serving thousands of daily messages and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Supervising the recruitment, hiring, and management of a remote/office team (TBD)
- Developing conversation scripts and implementing them through our chat-bots
- Providing guidance and support to our chat operators
- Managing our live chat platform, including recruiting, hiring, and managing a remote team
- Developing and implementing continuous customer experience and service across the board
- Building and matching supply and demand with a live, 24/7 business
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Experience in expanding and growing a team in digital operations on a global scale
- Experience in consumer-facing customer experience and service roles is essential
- A good understanding of astrology is an advantage, but not required – we can provide training
- A technical and analytics-driven operations leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making
