Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Experience Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and engaging customer experiences within our products, from outlining the look and feel of our experiences on our platform across our services. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop strategies, content, and experiences that promote engagement and acquisition for our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, product management, and executive management to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Design and direct in-product media customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, UI/UX, and product design
- Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely to designers, engineers, product managers, and executive management
- Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate with other creatives to align others around your vision
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of critical experience in a portfolio demonstrating growth and strong visual and UX design skills
- Proven ability to create and direct outstanding in-product media customer journeys
- Refined understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
- Strong visual design skills, with experience in graphic design, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience designing work for multiple platforms and use cases, with a deep understanding of its impact across devices, experiences, and situations
