Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge
• Direct and manage direct reports, and provide guidance and support to ensure their success

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly preferred, and a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving is essential. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
