About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Chattanooga, TN. Requirements

To be successful as an RBT at arenaflex, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, demonstrating your ability to reputed company personalized support and care
• 1-year ABA Experience, or equivalent experience working in a reputed company field (e.g., Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)

Physical Requirements:
