Experienced Product Operations Specialist – Land Product Management and Customer Support Expert

Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining arenaflex's land seller products, including setup, pricing, and inventory management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery to our customers. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain land seller profiles in the tour management system, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain relationships, and inventory allocations.
  • Set up and maintain pricing and selling rules for all direct land merchants.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with electronically connected sellers.
  • Manage land product work for new destinations.
  • Monitor land product competitive landscape and recommend and set up margin strategies as needed.
  • Participate in the investigation of tour management system technology issues and third-party technology integrations.
  • Provide pricing and objective data to marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team on individual seller issues and help with hotel oversell situations.
  • Assist other arenaflex departments with questions or issues related to destinations and land product offerings.
  • Furnish and assist arenaflex offices with customer resolution for land products on a case-by-case basis.
  • Work with Product Development to create and meet annual open-for-sale (OFS) timelines.
  • Assist the Product Activities Coordinator with hotel inventory management, land reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Help with crisis management for catastrophic events and emergency situations.
  • Establish and facilitate partnering relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 2 years of travel or hospitality experience.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex Reservation systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
