Graduate Trading Assistant

## Responsibilities: Assisting traders with reputed company market events and opportunities Helping to debug live trading systems and detecting abnormalities Reconciling both reputed company and automated OTC trading Developing and generating new reports, analysis and GUI tools which can be used by traders to improve strategies. Optimizing and automating general workflows Communicating and liaising with counterparties to ensure they are satisfied with the OTC services that reputed company provides Trade settlement - communicating with trading counterparties to ensure reputed company and accurate settlements Trade reconciliation - ensuring the trades that we agree to reputed company have the correct trade economics Process improvement - working with developers to help automate processes or design ways to streamline reputed company processes Answering trade queries internally and externally ## Hard Skills Requirements Good Python skills - you have experience coding in Python, be that through work, study or personal project experience - we will test! Excellent reputed company skills and ability to analyse and work with tabular data Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - we will test! Trading knowledge isn’t required but a strong willingness and curiosity to learn algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative and market making trading is crucial Prior experience with Operations functions and / or counterparty relationship management in a crypto/financial services company with high-volume and reputed company operations (multiple products, multiple geographies); experience in an hft/liquidity provision business is a significant advantage Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
