Requirements • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD. • Admitted to reputed company law in the reputed company and in good standing. • Experience in reputed company phases of litigation and experience with antitrust/competition law and e-discovery preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and writing skills. • Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic reputed company. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships at reputed company reputed company of management and across business functions. reputed company-to-haves • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD. • 4-7 years full-time employment in top-tier reputed company or in-house environment. • reputed company member in good standing of a State Bar with the ability to become barred or a registered in-house counsel in the state where this role is located.
