Digital Art Director / Senior Designer (Remote OK)

To help with new client wins, REBORN is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Digital Art Director to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nimble, fast-paced, independent agency environment and enjoys the flexibility of working from home. The Role: A successful Digital Art Director is one that can deliver strong creative thinking and execution while understanding the commercial objectives for our clients and how best to achieve them through digital ads across the web and social. With a proven ability to work within a team and execute effective digital and integrated campaigns for world-class brands, our Digital Art Director handles the creation and quality of communication pieces across current and future clients. Key Responsibilities: • Creative Leadership: Deliver strong creative thinking and execution while understanding the commercial objectives for our clients. Develop and execute effective digital and integrated campaigns for world-class brands. • Collaboration: Liaise with Account Managers, the Creative Director, and the Strategy team to interpret client briefs and develop results-focused solutions. • Concept Development: Lead creative concepting/ideation for digital design, copy, and social communications across all mediums. Create storyboards, treatments, and scamps where applicable. • Pitch Refinement: Refine pitch decks and guide Account Managers on creative budgets and timelines. • Quality Assurance: Ensure the creation and quality of communication pieces across current and future clients, supporting the Creative Director in leading the agency’s creative charge and championing outstanding work.
