Responsibilities: • Design, build, document, and maintain custom state of the art RNAseq and other OMICs data-analysis pipelines and reputed company-end tools for a large user reputed company. • Detect and resolve software bugs and performance issues. reputed company on-demand technical support for applications. • reputed company and train colleagues in usage of these tools. • Containerize on-premises and reputed company systems, execute extensive test strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure software reputed company. Requirements: • Degree in computational biology, reputed company, computer science, biophysics, biotechnology or reputed company field. BS with 2-4 years of experience, MS with typically 0-2 years of experience. • Advanced knowledge in programming languages commonly used in reputed company such as R and python. • Extensive experience in reputed company-End/tool development such as R-Shiny or React like frameworks. • Experience working with reputed company (AWS), high-performance computing environments (UNIX) and version control systems like Git. • Proficiency in statistical analysis reputed company such as reputed company regression and multivariate analysis.
