Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience. • In-depth understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the underlying mechanics of various blockchains. Awareness of the unique risks associated with blockchains and crypto assets • 5+ years of experience in technology risk, compliance, controls, and/or audit roles for Financial Institutions or crypto natives • Strong attention to detail and experience supporting a risk and compliance program, working with Risk and Control Matrices and reputed company Risk Frameworks • A strong understanding of the shifting regulatory considerations of digital assets and how they reputed company Financial Institutions • Proven ability in leading technology risk sales/reputed company conversations with reputed company stakeholders in a reputed company services environment • Comfort and experience dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty, and task switching • Self-driven with a strong reputed company of accountability and ownership and proven experience driving reputed company with minimal reputed company reputed company-to-haves • 3+ Digital/Crypto industry experience in areas such as tokenization, staking, digital funds, and crypto custody • Experience working with regulators like the NYDFS, OCC, SEC, submitting for new product non-reputed company and/or responding to regulatory inquiries. • Experience supporting testing or audits of technology controls • Foundational knowledge of common crypto vendors, service providers, and risk management tools Benefits • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
