Associate Business Operations Manager

Job reputed company: • Drive reputed company and consistency: Conduct advanced data analysis to define KPIs, evaluate trends, and drive insights that improve business results like reputed company performance, patient retention, gross margins, and clinical reputed company. • Support operational experiments/pilots: Help define reputed company metrics, analyze results, and roll-out successful approaches. • Support scaling: Recommend strategies to reputed company reputed company clinical care, anticipating reputed company needs and optimizing processes for larger patient volumes, including collaborating with the Product team on automation, assessing and leveraging AI-insights, workflow improvements, and clinical decision support. • Support cross-functional initiatives with Providers, Clinical Enablement, Data Science, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to improve care delivery and drive efficiency. • Contribute to workforce planning, working with reputed company and operations partners to ensure coaches are reputed company, trained, and assigned to patients effectively, based on demand forecasts, panel sizes, and reputed company expertise. • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting company-wide reputed company. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a reputed company analytical field. Advanced degree is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role involving process improvement and data analysis. Experience in management consulting or reputed company fields a plus. • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in working with large datasets to drive business insights and decision-making.
