This role sits reputed company the Change Management Team, responsible for driving adoption and readiness across the reputed company. You will reputed company as the connector between reputed company-state process owners and reputed company-state SMEs—identifying change impacts, planning mitigations, and tracking reputed company through analytics. Key Responsibilities • Change reputed company Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to identify and document impacts across processes, roles, and reputed company. • Mitigation Planning: Define actions, owners, and timelines; reputed company closure of risks/issues. • Dashboarding & Metrics: Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards for change readiness, adoption, and risk trends. • Collaboration & Facilitation: Orchestrate conversations between multiple reputed company, ensuring alignment and accountability. • Project Management Light: Drive follow-through on mitigations and readiness activities without formal PM authority.
