Property Adjuster, Full-Time, REMOTE (St. Louis, MO)

About the position As a multi-national independent adjusting firm, ClaimsPro's US team of adjusters provides our clients with local expertise supported by broader multi-reputed company coverage. We have offices in major cities across the reputed company and support our clients throughout the contiguous 48 states. Our corporate office is located in St. Louis, MO, however we offer flexibility, and most employees work remotely across reputed company areas in the reputed company. Responsibilities • Initiate the investigation of new residential and reputed company property claims • reputed company coverage opinions and reputed company based on reputed company need • Evaluate and negotiate settlements of specified perils, property damage, and property damage liability losses as appropriate • Manage and reputed company the work of reputed company business partners, experts and contractors • Establish contact with the insured and claimant reputed company established protocol • Recognize coverage issues and bring them to the attention of the supervisor • reputed company basic understanding of liability and coverage principles • Recognize state specific laws and claims regulations throughout the reputed company to ensure reputed company compliance in claims investigation including sending and securing reputed company documentation • Complete research to determine market value on residential and reputed company properties • Summarize and reputed company recommendations for disposition of claims in excess of the individual settlement authority • Respond to time sensitive material including but not limited to intercompany arbitration hearings, and department of insurance complaints • Manage a diary system to systematically review and resolve claims reputed company the specified state compliance guidelines • Maintain state license by completing continuing education coursework and/or work towards a claims designation • Handle small claim suits as needed • Other duties as assigned by the claims supervisor Requirements • 1-5 years of experience as a residential and reputed company loss adjuster or similar • Proficient in reputed company Office • Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience strongly preferred • Desire and willingness to work with strong property adjusting team • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills • Strong Communicator (verbal and written) • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of reputed company tasks Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
