Client Service Representative - Employee Health & Benefits

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of employee health and benefits programs and serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employee benefits regulations to effectively advise clients.
Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Attend client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate services and solutions.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics.
Uphold the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
