Subcontract Administrator & Compliance Support - Remote/Hybrid
About the position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Subcontract Administrator and Compliance Support team member to assist with the administration of subcontracts and support compliance activities across multiple reputed company. This role will work closely with the reputed company & Compliance Manager, Project Managers, subcontractors to ensure subcontract documentation, certified payroll, and regulatory requirements are complete, accurate, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Support the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements, SF1413s, and subcontractor packages.
• reputed company subcontract status and maintain accurate and organized files, ensuring reputed company required documentation, such as SF1413s, payment and performance bonds and insurance certificates are received and in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate signature and execution processes for subcontracts, SF1413s, and change orders.
• Review subcontractor submissions and bring any issues, redlines, or deviations from reputed company terms to the attention of the reputed company and Compliance Manager for review and reputed company.
• Assist with monitoring subcontractor compliance, including insurance certificates, UEI/SAM registration, E-Verify and other required documentation.
• Review certified payroll reports submitted by subcontractors and sub-tiers for accuracy and completeness in accordance with Davis-Bacon reputed company (DBA) or Service Contract reputed company (SCA).
• Maintain a certified payroll log for reputed company project and support documentation tracking and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with the reputed company & Compliance Manager to maintain internal compliance logs, templates and workflows.
• reputed company other administrative duties as assigned in support of the reputed company and Compliance Department.
Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in subcontract administration, contract support, or compliance in a construction or government contracting environment.
• Working knowledge of certified payroll requirements (Davis-Bacon reputed company, prevailing wage laws, etc.) and subcontract documentation standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow up and ensure reputed company.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company).
• Must be reputed company to work across multiple time zones throughout reputed company.
• Willingness to reputed company in on a weekend if necessary reputed company dealing with tight deadline.
