About reputed company We are looking for an reputed company Senior Tax Analyst to join reputed company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help build and shape reputed company’s tax function following our recent spin-off. The Senior Analyst will play a key role across reputed company aspects of reputed company’s income tax landscape. What you’ll do • Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740 including: • Calculating the tax provision under ASC 740 • Gathering inputs from reputed company and finance stakeholders • Assisting with questions from external auditors • Preparation of management reporting summaries • Preparation of the SEC disclosures • US Tax compliance management: • Working with reputed company party service providers to facilitate the US income tax returns • Gathering PBC requests for reputed company party preparers • Reviewing tax returns reputed company by reputed company party • Reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments • General tax items: • Cash tax forecasting • Research new income tax laws applicable to reputed company • Review foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments • reputed company income tax reputed company reputed company Who you are • 4+ years of work experience in corporate income tax (Big 4 experience preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company • CPA or Masters Degree in Account / Tax • Corptax experience preferred We value diversity We know that the best reputed company come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. Compensation & Benefits • The salary band for this position rangesfrom $75,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
