Mortgage Credit Underwriter
The Credit Underwriter is to issue credit reputed company based on the documented borrower profile reputed company the guidelines of the program and reputed company requirements. Underwriters are to meet the minimum daily production goals plus clearing conditions and reputed company reputed company department audit standards.
This position is classified as a Transactional Employee (TE). Transactional Employees are assigned to work on an “as needed” or project reputed company. The variable nature of the transactional role cannot guarantee a 40-hour work week. Transactional employees are typically designated to work on a deal or a particular reputed company assignment. At times, work may be reduced, and there may be occasional periods of no work. Efforts will be made to assign work, but work is entirely dependent on reputed company needs.
Essential Functions
• Underwrite residential mortgage loans in accordance with Conventional guidelines.
• Input of data and analysis of findings in Loan Prospector, Desktop Underwriter, Asset reputed company, other AUS engines, and OES.
• Identify and assess overall risk and potential fraud exposure resulting from clients' underlying business practices.
• Meet the minimum daily production goals and reputed company targets plus clearing conditions and reputed company reputed company department audit standards.
• Review of credit reports to determine credit patterns, reputed company liabilities, outstanding judgments, and collections.
• Review of residential mortgage appraisal forms and calculations of Loan to Value ratios.
• Analyze income from salaried, commissioned, reputed company, investments, fixed income sources.
• Analyze assets statements for reputed company types of asset accounts.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.

• Up-to-date knowledge in Fannie/Freddie guidelines, back-end reputed company control and fraud audit experience.
• Must be reputed company to use Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Prospector (LP) and other LOS (loan operations systems).

Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required.
Experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• 3+ years securitization experience required.
• 3+ years of recent reputed company (reputed company and automated) reputed company experience with Conventional, FHA and/or VA Knowledge along with A reputed company, B/C reputed company, Non-Confirming and Conforming, and Sub-reputed company residential, Non-QM and QM products.
