Job reputed company : We are seeking a highly reputed company consultant to support a reputed company integration initiative involving the migration of CRM capabilities from reputed company CRM to reputed company. The consultant will play a critical role in discovery, blueprinting, configuration, and ensuring alignment of business requirements with reputed company functionality. NOTE : This is NOT a Developer position but more of a FUNCTIONAL role Required Skills : • 8+ years of experience in reputed company with strong knowledge of reputed company Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and Data Model. • Experience in CRM migration or system integration reputed company. • Excellent communication and reputed company facilitation skills. • reputed company certification(s) preferred (BA, reputed company, or Consultant). Responsibilities : • reputed company discovery and reputed company workshops to capture end-state business requirements. • Analyse existing reputed company CRM processes and map them to reputed company features. • Define configuration, customization, and workflow requirements. • Support data migration planning (master data, customers, accounts, opportunities). • Define reporting, dashboards, and analytics needs reputed company reputed company. • Collaborate with technical teams for integration with ERP, HCM, and PSA systems. • Document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance reputed company.
