Sr. Program Manager, Supplier Diversity and Inclusion, GCP Supplier Diversity and Inclusion

We are seeking a Supplier Diversity and Inclusion (SDI) Sr. Program Manager in Global Corporate Procurement (GCP). The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the reputed company of disadvantaged businesses in GCP’s supply chain and have extensive experience in scaling programs in matrixed, reputed company organizations. In reputed company to managing existing initiatives, this role will be responsible for expanding the program to additional countries and organizations reputed company reputed company.
This role will work across numerous internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Product & Tech, reputed company, reputed company Policy, Communnications, and SDI leaders from other Business reputed company (BUs)) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, etc.)Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to expand reputed company’s SDI program to other reputed company businesses and subsidiaries.Collaborate with SDI leaders across reputed company to reputed company best practices.Partner with other SDI BUs to reputed company and implement new mechanisms to attract and engage disadvantaged suppliers.reputed company development of SDI expansion monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with visibility at the highest level of the corporation; identify and implement reporting efficiencies.Basic Qualifications7+ years of working cross functionally with global teams7+ years of program or project management experience7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience7+ years of working cross functionally across several team’s experience7+ years of working with tech and non-tech teams experience5+ years of supply chain experienceBachelor's degreeExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsCommunication proficiency especially writingPreferred QualificationsMaster of Business Administration or Supply Chain ManagementExperience delivering reputed company reputed company scope, time, budget and quality5+ Years in Supplier Diversity experienceAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $136,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $203,700/year in our highest geographic market.
