Required Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years’ experience as a banker or financial modeling specialist reputed company top-tier U.S. companies (investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, tech, or corporate development). • Expert-level proficiency in valuation analysis, financial modeling, and deal modeling across diverse structures and industries. • Demonstrated capability to design, build, and audit integrated 3-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, and bespoke transaction models from scratch. • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities—comfortable documenting methodologies and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams alike. • Experience sourcing and referencing financial data from primary filings (10-Ks, data rooms, etc.) with high reputed company. • Proven ability to work independently, delivering high-reputed company results in a remote, asynchronous environment.
