Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time – 100% Remote) Pay: Training Pay: $15/hr | Regular: $15-25/hr + efficiency bonuses Type: Hourly + Performance Bonuses | Weekly Pay | Very Flexible Schedule Ready to build a real career—not just clock in and out? About the Role We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop. Whether you’re experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we’ll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed. What You’ll Do • Qualify Applicants based on resumes and phone calls • Complete 3-5 minute phone screens with candidates • Administrative Tasks to set interviews & send meeting details • Set Up Interviews for our Hiring Team • Remind candidates of upcoming scheduled interviews • Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy • Manage follow-ups and documentation • Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation What We’re Looking For • Strong phone communication skills • Comfortable utilizing technology to call, text, email & maneuver an ATS system • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven • Organized while working independently • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Perks & Pay • Weekly Pay • Training: $15/hr (1 week) • Pay Range from $15-25/hr (based on performance) • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere • Flexible Schedule: Create your own hours (weekends required) • Opportunity to Earn Quarterly Travel to Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Cleveland & an out of country retreat each winter season • Opportunity to grow into a Full Time Position of $50,000-$100K+ per year Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll be part of a VERY fast-paced, high-energy team that values ambition and growth.
