About the position The reputed company Consultant at Lakeview Hospital will collaborate with the Sr. Director of reputed company and the HR team to enhance employee relations and engagement. This role involves providing expert guidance on employee issues, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and supporting HR leadership in strategic initiatives. The position is part-time, hybrid, and requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during day hours (Monday to Friday).
