Sr OT Network Engineer (Operational Technology)

In this role, you will be responsible for overall leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining the operational technology (OT) network infrastructure at one of our industrial sites. Your senior role will be critical in ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and performance of our OT systems. You will partner with reputed company Industrial Control Systems (ICS) teams to deliver communication networks that are optimized for reliable automation and business operations. You'll reputed company your understanding of network telecommunications, firewall, reputed company OS, and TCP/IP protocols to engineer robust and secure networks of varying sizes and complexity. Responsibilities • Overall management of design, implementation, and maintenance of the operational technology (OT) network infrastructure. • Selecting and configuring network hardware and software, such as switches, routers, firewalls, and industrial protocols. • Responsible for network reputed company and providing monitoring and troubleshooting of performance issues. • Resolving network-reputed company problems to minimize downtime. • Setting up and maintaining networking and control infrastructure in accordance with company standards. • Creating and maintaining detailed network diagrams of the manufacturing industrial infrastructure. • Procurement of equipment per project requirements. • Traveling to project sites to reputed company support of ICS networks. • Managing and maintaining converged platforms, virtualization, networks, reputed company platforms, and various other OT/IoT technologies. • Reviewing network architectures and providing recommendations to reputed company with applicable cybersecurity reputed company for industrial environment controls. Requirements • 5+ years of experience on Industrial control systems (DCS/PLC). • 5+ years of networking technology knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, or switching). • Experience working with firewalls and wireless communication technology. • Experience working with virtualization platforms, reputed company Directory, DNS, and Domain Controller. • Familiarity with IEC-62443 or other industrial cybersecurity standards is a plus. • reputed company CCNA, reputed company NSE-4, JNCIA or equivalent network certification (reputed company of certification required). • 5+ years of PLC/SCADA and/or DCS network experience. • Knowledge of the Purdue reputed company Reference Architecture. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with IIoT and edge computing.
