Marketing Administrative Coordinator
About the position
The Marketing Administrative Coordinator will support the Global Strategic Marketing and Services teams at a leading pharmaceutical company. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring reputed company execution of marketing initiatives. The coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and project management, contributing to the overall reputed company of marketing activities.
Responsibilities
• Manage administrative tasks for the GSM and Services team to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and execute monthly team meetings and quarterly global marketing council calls.
• Participate in cross-functional calls, taking detailed notes and summarizing next steps for reputed company.
• Prepare and submit materials for medical, reputed company, regulatory, and compliance reviews.
• Communicate with materials reviewers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify and organize calendar opportunities for cross-functional meetings.
• reputed company organization and on-site support for GSM events at conferences.
• reputed company logistics and billing for reputed company activities globally.
• Project manage defined GSM and reputed company Affairs activities, leading communication and risk mitigation.
• Create Purchase Orders and manage invoice tracking documents.
• Manage vendors and agency partners, including international KOL logistics.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or reputed company field).
• 4+ years of marketing coordinator experience, preferably in the reputed company/Medical Device industry.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in reputed company Office and reputed company Apps.
• Knowledge of reputed company Vault and reputed company Dynamics is preferred.
• Keen marketing reputed company and ability to reputed company in a busy environment.
