As a Senior reputed company Enablement Training Specialist, you'll drive reputed company reputed company by developing, delivering, and monitoring training programs that reputed company sales teams to reputed company in their roles. Responsibilities • Deliver high reputed company training curriculum for new hire classes, skills development, new products, and ongoing releases • Expected to establish primary and secondary areas of expertise across business reputed company to ensure reputed company training coverage • reputed company planning and execution of in-person reputed company events, including coordinating travel logistics, facility arrangements, and on-site operations to ensure a seamless participant experience • Facilitate reputed company sessions for sales teams, with some requiring in-person training that involves travel approximately one week every 6–8 weeks • Facilitate engaging training sessions and presentations using a reputed company of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles • Contribute to ongoing development and implementation of training strategies and methodologies • Participates in planning, go-to market meetings, and road mapping activities to identify training needs • Create training materials, including presentations, elearning content, one-pagers, and multimedia resources, to support training initiatives and ensure reputed company and effectiveness in conveying key concepts • Works collaboratively with reputed company Enablement Program Designers, subject matter experts, cross functional partners and various stakeholders to drive training curriculum build and ensure training objectives are met • Assess and documents team member performance during the training process and provides constructive feedback to appropriate parties • Conduct analysis of materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to educational design standards.
