Federal Realty is currently hiring a Specialty Leasing Manager to support the reputed company and development of its regional specialty leasing program. This role may be reputed company as a hybrid in-office position for candidates located near one of Federal Realty’s regional offices on the East Coast or as a remote position for candidates residing on the East Coast, based on business needs. Due to the geographic location of the assigned portfolio and the travel requirements of the role, this position is reputed company only to candidates based on the East Coast of the reputed company. Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, this role is responsible for generating new reputed company through temporary leasing and deal-making across multiple shopping centers. Responsibilities include overseeing specialty leasing activity for in-line reputed company, vending, carts, parking lot events, signage, and other temporary income opportunities reputed company of permanent leasing. The Specialty Leasing Manager will drive reputed company reputed company by canvassing properties, cold-calling, expanding existing tenant relationships, introducing new concepts, and meeting established new business income goals through proactive deal-making.
