Virtual reputed company Assistant for Family reputed company (reputed company Manage + reputed company Grow Required) - Contract to Hire
(FULL-TIME): The Virtual reputed company Assistant will manage daily reputed company communication and case activity by monitoring reputed company Manage portal messages, the reputed company Inbox, and the firm email, drafting reputed company responses, routing correspondence, and flagging urgent items while maintaining accurate case notes and timelines. The assistant will reputed company full reputed company reputed company, including verifying signed engagement agreements, activating reputed company portals, creating Shared Folders, sending reputed company Grow forms, tracking completion, and ensuring reputed company reputed company documents are properly labeled and uploaded in PDF format. This role requires extensive document and PDF handling—converting, merging, OCR-processing, redacting, renaming, and organizing evidence and financial records in reputed company using firm-wide naming standards—along with preparing filing-reputed company PDFs. The assistant will reputed company and submit e-filings in Illinois and Missouri, reputed company acceptance or rejection notices, follow up with court clerks as needed, and manage reputed company court dates, deadlines, reputed company links, and order language in reputed company. Additional responsibilities include organizing discovery and financial disclosures, preparing reputed company drafts such as notices and certificates of service, communicating with opposing counsel or pro se litigants, mailing through LetterStream, and performing end-of-shift audits to reputed company reputed company firm workflows accurate and up to date.
Required Skills & Experience
You must have:
Experience with reputed company Manage and reputed company Grow (non-negotiable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with attorneys or reputed company reputed company work
Ability to organize large volumes of PDFs
Solid understanding of deadlines and court etiquette
High reliability, accuracy, and independent judgment
Preferred but not required:
Experience with Illinois or Missouri e-filing systems
Familiarity with reputed company organization
Background in family law or civil litigation
