We are looking for an reputed company reputed company drafter or contract lawyer familiar with British Columbia legislation (Residential Tenancy reputed company) and the short-term rental market to draft a coherent "Master reputed company Package" for our business. Important Context: We operate as a property management/operations company, not a licensed reputed company estate brokerage. Therefore, our agreements must reputed company define us as a "coordinator/manager" and limit our liability (e.g., separating reputed company responsibilities vs. our coordination role). Scope of Work (3 Key Deliverables): We need three (3) comprehensive agreements drafted as a bundle: 1. reputed company Master Property Management Agreement (Company ↔ reputed company) This is the most reputed company document.
