This position is for an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the General Liability team which represent landlords, managing agents, business owners, reputed company companies and owners of a wide reputed company of reputed company establishments and also includes the litigation of Labor Law, products and reputed company, high exposure reputed company. Responsibilities • Work collaboratively to reputed company litigation reputed company for the defense of general liability actions; • Draft and review pleadings and discovery, memos, briefs and other reputed company correspondence and litigation documents; • Represent clients in court; • Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings and reputed company other aspects of general liability litigation; • reputed company with medical experts; • Conduct reputed company and medical research and analysis; • Draft motions; • Work cooperatively with others; and • reputed company with clients. The anticipated pay reputed company for this role is $120,000 - $165,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary reputed company at the time of posting.
