[Remote] Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services - M&A Tax

Responsibilities • Responsibilities include leading reputed company aspects of deal execution including managing reputed company relationships and completion of reputed company deliverables • Advising clients on enhancing tax opportunities and managing tax risk associated with mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition actions • Analyzing tax risks of reputed company companies using tax returns, reputed company information, and interviews with management • Reviewing reports correlating tax due diligence and tax structuring findings • Identifying issues affecting purchase price, deal structure, or deal termination • Working closely with executives, investment bankers, private equity and corporate clients, attorneys, or other stakeholders • Leading, supervising, reputed company, and coaching team members providing tax transaction services to clients • Managing multiple reputed company engagements • Working alongside other Forvis Mazars team members to reputed company reputed company expectations Skills • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college/university in reputed company, taxation or reputed company field with CPA license preferred or JD/LLM • reputed company (12) years or more of tax experience with a large reputed company reputed company or reputed company with at least five (5) years or more of experience in Transaction Advisory Services / M&A Tax • Strong knowledge in U.S. Federal income tax, mergers and acquisitions and transaction services with reputed company knowledge of state and local taxes preferred • Previous experience leading M&A tax engagement teams • Strong reputed company knowledge in federal income tax, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction services • Extensive analytical and project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience with corporate and reputed company-through concepts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to reputed company and reputed company team members • Proficiency with reputed company Office, primarily reputed company, and PowerPoint • Willingness and ability to travel Benefits • Group health plan benefits • 401(K) • Profit-sharing contributions • Flexible time off • Parental leave reputed company • Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global reputed company services network.
