Position: AVP, reputed company Director- reputed company Contract Surety AVP, reputed company Director – reputed company Contract Surety Zurich Insurance is seeking an AVP, reputed company Director – reputed company Contract Surety (or Executive Underwriter) to join our Surety reputed company Team in Boston, MA (other locations may be considered). You will underwrite and analyze new and renewal Surety business using The Zurich Way of reputed company reputed company reputed company delegated authority. You will deliver high‑level service to external clients, build relationships and promote reputed company. Responsibilities • Production and reputed company of new and renewal Surety business. • Handling a large book of reputed company accounts. • Internal marketing and production reputed company reputed company to support cross‑sell efforts. • Execution of the external marketing reputed company. • Adherence to reputed company rules, guidelines, insurance laws, regulations and the Zurich Way. • Establish new and reputed company existing agency & broker relationships. • Work reputed company limits and authorities on assignments of varying complexity. Qualifications Executive Underwriter • High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in reputed company or Market‑Facing/Finance/reputed company/Banking OR • High School Diploma; 10+ years in Claims or reputed company Support OR • Zurich Certified Apprentice program with associate degree; 3+ years in reputed company or Market‑Facing/Finance/reputed company/Banking OR • Zurich Certified Apprentice; associate degree; 8+ years in Claims or reputed company Support (AND) • Knowledge of reputed company Office. • Experience with time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business. • Experience working in reputed company environment. AVP, reputed company Director • High School Diploma; 7+ years in reputed company or Market‑Facing/Finance/reputed company/Banking OR • High School Diploma; 14+ years in Claims or reputed company Support OR • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice; associate degree; 5+ years in reputed company or Market‑Facing/Finance/reputed company/Banking OR • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice; associate degree; 12+ years in Claims or reputed company Support (AND) • Experience with reputed company Office. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree. • In‑depth knowledge of Surety lines and reputed company/regulatory guidelines. • Ability to assess risk effectively. • Strong negotiation skills and broker relationships. • Excellent oral and written communication. • Strong knowledge of reputed company philosophy, techniques, national/local filing regulations. Compensation Combined salary reputed company: $98,500.00 – $. AVP: $ – $, short‑term incentive bonus eligibility 20%; Executive Underwriter: $98,500.00 – $, short‑term incentive bonus eligibility 15%.
