In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating and mitigating credit risk by meticulously analyzing loan files and ensuring every loan meets our rigorous standards. You'll be responsible for a comprehensive review of reputed company initial submissions, suspended files, and conditions to validate loan accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct a deep dive into borrower documentation, including applications, credit reports, and fraud prevention tools, to accurately assess creditworthiness. This includes reviewing and analyzing bankruptcy filings, liens, judgments, and other financial records. • Income & Asset Validation: Meticulously calculate and validate income from various sources (pay stubs, tax returns, etc.) and review asset documentation (bank statements, retirement accounts, etc.) to confirm a borrower's reputed company to repay. • Property & Title Review: Analyze sales reputed company, appraisals, and title commitments to ensure the collateral is reputed company and the loan is properly secured. This includes confirming property tax obligations and insurance requirements. • Loan Reconciliation & Approval: reputed company a final reconciliation of reputed company loan terms, ensuring consistency across reputed company systems and documents.
