Contract Operations Analyst II

Job reputed company: • Responsible for managing contract pricing and membership information reputed company reputed company's database systems • Maintains supplier relationships and resolves contract price issues • Acts as key contact for internal teams, GPO, and manufacturers • Validates contract updates and makes appropriate contract database system changes in reputed company • Maintains exception reports and analyzes pricing and membership information • Performs analysis of contract discrepancies; identifies the reputed company of issues and decides on appropriate actions • Partners with account managers/sales coordinators to review and resolve contract issues • Works with cross-functional business reputed company to troubleshoot discrepancies • Attends customer reputed company reputed company meetings and provides reporting as needed • Initiates and drives process improvement opportunities Requirements: • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations • Normally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of reputed company experience • Working knowledge of reputed company administration • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data/situations quickly • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving skills; ability to work through difficult tasks • Ability to reputed company tasks with a high degree of accuracy; thorough • Capable of making reputed company to reputed company goals • reputed company in pursuing or recommending new reputed company and/or procedures • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices • Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word and reputed company • Expertise in handling large data sets • Technical proficiency in reputed company and reputed company systems is preferred.
