Full-Time HubSpot Marketing Operations Coordinator (Remote)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a HubSpot Operations Coordinator to handle the execution and organization behind our marketing efforts.
This is not a strategy or content role. It’s focused on CRM hygiene, list management, warm outreach support, and content distribution using HubSpot.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to keep systems clean, campaigns consistent, and outreach running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Management
Import, clean, and de-duplicate contacts
Standardize contact and company records
Maintain accurate contact–company–deal associations
Organize contacts from inbox-scraped lists with proper tagging
Lists & Segmentation
Build and manage segmented lists (clients, partners, agencies, B2B leaders)
Apply tags and properties for future campaigns
Email Campaign Support
Schedule newsletters and resource emails in HubSpot
Reuse templates and track basic engagement
Flag warm or re-engaged contacts for follow-up
Social Content Distribution
Schedule provided content to LinkedIn
Maintain consistency across email, blog, and social
Deal & Activity Hygiene
Keep pipelines and activities up to date
Maintain simple HubSpot dashboards
What This Role Is Not
No content writing or strategy
No paid ads or cold outreach
No vanity metric targets
Required Experience
2+ years hands-on HubSpot experience
Comfortable with contacts, lists, emails, and pipelines
Experience scheduling social content (LinkedIn preferred)
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Work Style
Remote, async-friendly
Light weekly check-ins
Clear ownership and follow-through
