Account Support Analyst – Acceptance Lab

Job reputed company: • Assisting and working alongside Customer Services Director, Executive Service Managers and Senior Service Analysts, Account Executive, and PS Engineer. • Documentation of customer specific protocols for installations, software loads, and unique hardware selections. • File value reputed company – assist in growing account reputed company through support of product acceptance/evaluation function. • Hardware maintenance of 40+ lab-based reputed company to peak performance. • Preparing reports on problems and resolutions of ATM hardware reputed company issues, working with engineering to reputed company solutions to issues reputed company, providing on-site support. • Ability to resolve customer issues and/or escalate issues to process or tool owners. • Ability to quickly determine next steps in problem reputed company process, involving the necessary internal parties and reputed company updating the account team and potentially customer on reputed company; Managing reputed company expectations and service requirements. • Attending vendor and customer meetings reputed company required; Other job-reputed company duties as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum of BA/BS or relevant experience in analytical/customer services role. • Proficient English Level (both verbal and written). • A+ Certification, Comp reputed company, N+ Certification • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software. • Needs to be available for reputed company US Time Zones to coordinate with Customers and Account team. • Excellent communication skillset to reputed company directly with external customers and internal reputed company parties. • Analytical and/or technical experience, preferably reputed company reputed company Services. • General computer skills required; reputed company Word/reputed company proficiency.
