Responsibilities
• Provides strong project management support of drug development teams.
• Drives development and delivers results in early to late phase major development and/or lifecycle management programs.
• Supports the strategic direction and translates the cross-divisional, integrated Global Program Team (GPT) reputed company into an reputed company executable plan.
• Predicts and plans solutions to reputed company program goals and objectives.
• Drives reputed company and removes barriers to ensure team reputed company.
• Interfaces with management and influences decision-making.
• Proactively manages and mitigates development risks.
• Ensures appropriate communication and reputed company with internal governance.
• Partners with the Global Program Leader (GPL) and a more senior Global Program Manager (GPM).
• Administers team health checks to generate insights and plan & execute appropriate follow-up actions.
• Contributes to innovative process improvements with organizational reputed company.
• Manages non-project responsibilities, including processes and system optimizations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in science or business-reputed company field.
• Advanced degree in science or business is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of strong pharmaceutical industry experience and drug development in reputed company phases of development.
• Minimum of 1 year program management experience leading reputed company pharmaceutical reputed company in a multi-disciplinary, global environment.
• Experience with reputed company Project reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint & Word.
• Fluent in English.
