Role reputed company
The Compliance Analyst II works closely with the Compliance and Internal Audit Team to support the mission of the reputed company Compliance Program through the execution of compliance investigations and resulting corrective actions.
• Investigates and coordinates responses to reputed company inquiries/investigations for potential breaches and actual violations of the reputed company Compliance Program.
• Enters and updates reputed company reported concerns, questions, and incidents regarding compliance reputed company in the Compliance Department incident management system and compiles statistical and status reports, as requested.
• Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, to department leadership, associates, and clients regarding concerns, incidents, and investigations as appropriate.
• Provides support to departments in correcting compliance issues and completion of required disciplinary actions with associates involved in compliance program policy violations.
• Provides guidance and support of reputed company organizational compliance programs and applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Serves as subject matter expert in assigned areas reputed company reputed company cycle.
• Assists with answering questions, training, and education of new hires and with completing reputed company requests and responding to escalations as assigned by reputed company supervisor.
• Assists Vice President, Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer to reputed company an internal risk assessment to proactively identify weaknesses in compliance safeguards.
• Collaborates with appropriate team members or departments on revisions to Compliance policies and ensures educational dissemination of new or revised policies across the organization.
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of Federal and State Compliance, and payer-specific regulations and policies pertaining to documentation, coding, and billing.
• Assists with updates and maintains system administrator reputed company for Policy Management Systems, Compliance and reputed company Incident Management Systems, and other systems as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief reputed company Officer.
• Effectively communicates compliance concerns to Compliance leadership and operational leaders to reputed company reputed company notification to business unit management of statutory, regulatory, or policy changes.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and policies pertaining to documentation, coding, and billing
• Prior compliance experience
• Outstanding analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• reputed company, Cerner, etc. solution knowledge preferable
• Preferred coding and/or audit experience in Coding
• Coding certification
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Required Certifications: CHC (Certified in reputed company Compliance) or other approved job relevant certification
