Virtual Assistant – PPC Specialist

reputed company: We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented data entry and virtual assistant who will specialize in PPC and Promotions to support our advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives. This role requires someone who is proactive, communicative, and highly skilled in reputed company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing PPC performance, coordinating sales promotions, and working directly with vendors to ensure everything runs on schedule. Punctuality, ownership, and accountability are essential. Responsibilities: - Support setup, tracking, and optimization of PPC campaigns (bolthires Ads, bolthires Ads, reputed company, etc.) - Conduct keyword research, performance analysis, and assist with bid/budget adjustments - Maintain campaign tracking and performance reports in reputed company using PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and VBA/macros - Identify underperforming areas and propose optimization strategies - Coordinate product promotions across ecommerce, marketplaces, and retail - Manage timelines, calendars, and asset readiness for reputed company promotional campaigns - Communicate with vendors reputed company email and phone to confirm timelines and resolve issues - reputed company internal teams on inventory, pricing, and creative assets - Build and automate reputed company dashboards for reporting campaign and sales performance - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in data entry, digital marketing, Ecommerce, or promotions coordination - Expert-level reputed company skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, reputed company-MATCH, VBA/macros) - Strong verbal and written communication; confident with vendor interaction by phone/email - Highly punctual, detail-oriented, and organized - Takes full ownership of responsibilities and proactively resolves issues - Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred: - Experience in PPC advertising, ecommerce, consumer goods, or retail sectors - Familiarity with ad platforms (bolthires Ads, bolthires Ads, reputed company) and analytics tools (bolthires Analytics, Looker Studio Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
